There comes a moment when you find yourself lost. Lost in the wilderness of sin and worldliness. You remember the days of old, when the anointing was flowing in you. You remember the divine intimacy you used to enjoy.
And you ask yourself, how can I come back. Well, there is hope!

For a restoration to truly take place in your life, there are two critical steps to follow. The first step is death to self. The second step is resurrecting with Christ. All these are revealed in the verse above.
Death to self means alienating yourself from the things that have consumed you. For you to require restoration means your soul has been tied to things that are not productive. As you declare yourself dead to them, you are repenting and cutting loose.
The second step is alignment with Christ. Rewire your spirit to be in fellowship with Christ. Seek Him in prayer, reignite the fellowship and enjoy His presence as you used to.
