LUSAKA, Zambia — Darren Jason Watkins Jr., better known as iShowSpeed, continued his whirlwind “Speed Does Africa” streaming tour with a lively stop in Zambia, where fans turned out in droves to welcome the American streamer.

The stream began on a high note when Speed demonstrated his generosity by paying for a full tank of fuel for a random woman at a Lusaka service station. Crowds quickly gathered, chanting his name and celebrating his arrival.

The streamer praised Zambia’s vibrant atmosphere, describing the capital city as “lit” and noting its similarities to urban centers in the United States.

 “Zambia, to be honest, looks like the USA. Especially this exact city that I am in (Lusaka), even when you look at everything,” Speed said during the broadcast.

Zambia marks the seventh country on Speed’s ambitious tour, which began in Angola and has already taken him through South Africa, Mozambique, Botswana, and Zimbabwe. In a previous stream, he even visited a Shaolin temple to practice kung-fu, showcasing the diverse experiences he’s embracing along the way.
