One of the interesting things I have discovered about the life of worship, is that it leads into a productive interceding life. Every true worshiper is an intercessor for others.
Genesis 18:23 And Abraham asked him, “Lord, when you destroy the evil people, are you also going to destroy those who are good?
One of the great worshipers found in the Bible was Abraham. A man who was willing to sacrifice his only son of promise because God commanded him to. That’s a mark of a great worshiper.
At some point, due to the depth of their intimacy, God revealed to Abraham his plans to destroy Sodom. Remembering that his relatives who were also God-fearing lived-in Sodom, Abraham interceded for them in Genesis 18.

It was Abraham’s intercession that saved Lot from the destruction of Sodom! If you call yourself a worshiper, how much are you concerned with the plight of others? How much do you pray for others? A true worshiper is an intercessor!
