Nigerian preacher Wiseman Daniel says God has given him a message that it is time for Malawi to experience greener pastures, urging Malawians not to expect anything from him but to expect something great from Jesus Christ.
Speaking at a press briefing yesterday 2 November ,2026 at Bingu International Convention Centre (BICC) in Lilongwe, Daniel said God revealed Malawi to him among several nations as a country He loves, with a message of hope and restoration.
Daniel said he is only a representative of Jesus Christ and that his mission is not about performing miracles, but about encouraging people to have faith in God.
He said he has come to Malawi to preach the gospel and to do charity work that will benefit citizens, adding that building a prosperous Malawi requires collective effort beyond political leadership.
On his relationship with local clergy, Daniel said he is not in competition with Malawian preachers.
The two-day crusade is scheduled for November 6 to 7, 2026 at Bingu National Stadium in Lilongwe and is expected to gather thousands for prayer and spiritual activities.
During his stay, Daniel is also expected to conduct charity outreach and meet local pastors.
