Nature is about energy. Every living thing that was created, by the creator God, was created with inherent energy. There are so many types of energy but all have one thing in common. This is that when the energy is exerted, can move things into action. Without dispute, all anergy no matter the type have one source.
Human beings were created uniquely to identify the different types of energy and use them as they see fit. Energy has to serve man to live a better life. Interestingly we are yet to see more types of energy that have not yet come to the fore, the known energy types currently people can identify, may not be the only ones. Humans have gradually as they become enlightened over the years, discovered what was previously not known or imagined to them as possibilities including energy in things that were and are already present on earth. For example, electrical energy was only discovered by man in not a very distance past years although the elements that are used to manifest electricity have been on earth ever since creation.
Just like in all things, man is always advised to be moderate in all things and to follow the established natural laws. Too much energy exerted at once has always known to cause devastation. Too little energy has no results as it has been known that if the energy is inadequate then it can not move anything into action. Man has to always learn to be on the good side of natural laws and also be alert in balancing things out.

The quotes this week are extraction from a book which put the case of leadership skills as being a science. By acknowledging and being aware of the dynamics that move things effectively, man can live in harmony. I am sure that the few selected quotations listed below from this book will enlighten you to one or two life lessons, read and enjoy:
NEUROSCIENCE FOR LEADERSHIP by Tara Swart, Kitty Chisholm and Paul Brown
“Our brain are us but through experience and especially through relationship, we also shape our brains. So though the overall structure of any one person’s brain is largely the same as any other person’s, the precise function is unique to the individual. Towns are the same the world over, and yet every one is different. So it is with human beings. The elements of all brains are the same but the way they have been organized within any one particular person is unique to that person. No wonder human beings are difficult to manage! Think if, in every dealing room in the world, each computer’s system operated just a little differently from every other one. What chaos! But that’s how people are and what management contends with. What a relief to know more about how to contend successfully.”
“Despite the extraordinary sophistication of modern cars, there are two vital fluids that must be in there for the car to run at all. One is some refined volatile substance – petrol or diesel. The other is oil. The volatile substance needs a spark to create the explosion that releases energy to drive a piston or spin the jet blades. Oil doesn’t need a spark, but its capacity to lubricate is vital in making the systems work well. —— Then there are some more fluids that make the car function well – coolant, hydraulic fluids for brakes and steering, screen-wash water, and so on – a surprising number that most days we take for granted.”
“…… But the leader can only manage the brains of others well by managing his or her own so that followers’ brains want to tune themselves to the leader’s brain. When that happens, endless possibilities arise. That is why it is important that, now we have increasing knowledge about the brain, leaders learn how to manage their own brains well in order to engage the brains of others more effectively.”
” So now that science knows there is no behaviour of any kind at all without some chemistry in the brain and body behind it, what are the chemicals that might reduce the confusion?”
