Inspirational Quotes for the Weekend

By Dr Charles Leyman Kachitsa

Driving is supposed to be a joyful task. Smooth and majestic in trooping forward to ones destination. Anger and rampantness whilst on the wheel operating a vehicle seem to be in the category of those who who do not enjoy driving. In the same group you have those who are hasty though they have no destination, nor any aim to arrive somewhere.

In my youth with sweet memories, there was one gentleman very famous and rich who evidently enjoyed driving for he always did that majestically at a respectable speed through the townships of the city of Blantyre Malawi then. Of course as happens in a local township in those days, he always attracted children running after the car, in tow shouting his name excitedly. That’s a great example of one enjoying their driving.

Driving a car is supposed to be the most joyous activity one should enjoy. Also to say it’s a functional activity, with a purpose for you. Means you cannot be driving aimlessly without a destination, thus without aim of going somewhere useful. If we know, we know it is sweet to drive or be driven majestically. Life which we are the drivers of, is like that, you need to drive yours majestically, purposeful and never losing the destination.

The quotes this week are a continuation extraction of inspiring sayings from a book that when read in full will bring some insights of life tips for positive livelihood and success in life accordingly. I am sure the listed quotations from the book listed below will enlighten you to one or two life lessons. Read and enjoy:

Start the habit of motivating your loved ones by writing letters, containing wholesome, good suggestions. —- Motivate others by example.”

“Develop within you a positive mental attitude so powerful that it seeps down from your conscious into your subconscious mind. If you do, you will find that in times of need and emergency, it will automatically flash back to your conscious mind. Even in the greatest emergency of life: death. —- Make a study of the Bible and other inspirational books. They will both inspire and teach you how to motivate yourself to positive desirable action and thus help you achieve the goals you desire.”
