By Dyson Misoma
Charismatic Redeemed Ministries International (CRMI) will celebrate its silver jubilee from September 5 to 7, 2025 at Kamuzu Stadium in Blantyre, marking 25 years of ministry.
The event will be led by CRMI founder Archbishop Dr. Mark Kambalazaza and Bishop Ireen Kambalazaza, and will host international and local ministers including Apostle Dr. Madalitso Mbewe from Malawi, Apostle Stanys Moliki from South Africa, Apostle Dr. Fredrick Shumba from Zimbabwe and Bishop Elizabeth Vareen from the United States of America.
“This milestone not only marks our unwavering mission but also stands as a testament to the works of the Holy Spirit,” said Archbishop Kambalazaza.
He expressed gratitude to God, describing the jubilee as a Christ-centered journey of divine encounters, service and achievements.
National Chairperson of the organising committee, Bishop Chilimtsidya, said preparations were complete for the celebration.
“The Archbishop chose Kamuzu Stadium to honor the churchs origin, as it is where the church was inaugurated,” said Bishop Chilimtsidya.
The three-day event will feature performances by gospel artists such as Apostle King James Phiri and Thoko Suya, alongside a national mass choir of over 100 members.
Founded in 2000 after Archbishop Kambalazazas miraculous healing, CRMI has grown to more than 450 church centres and established international branches in South Africa, Ireland, Mozambique and the United States.
