Minister of Youth, Sports and Culture, Hon Patricia Wiskes has officially launched Empowering Cultural Practitioners in Malawi for Enhanced Freedom of Expression project in Blantyre.
The project will be implemented by Copyright Society of Malawi (COSOMA) with funds from Royal Norwegian Embassy.
The minister said the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture was ready to lift Malawian artists like musicians, dancers and visual creators into a bigger stage.
