Maseko Ngoni Heritage has joyously announced the arrival of a new royal family member.
iNkosikazinkulu Rashiladza Khanyisa Gomani, spouse to the Maseko Ngoni King, iNkosi ya aMakhosi Gomani V, has given birth to a healthy baby girl.
The baby, named Princess Ululamile Eleanor Gomani, was born on November 8, 2024, at a private hospital in Blantyre, Malawi.
The announcement was made through a statement issued by the Maseko Ngoni Heritage Secretary General, Impi Kandi Padambo, who expressed the family’s gratitude for the safe delivery.
The statement also highlighted the significance of this addition to the royal family.
Princess Ululamile is the second child of the royal couple, following the birth of her elder sister, Princess Thokozile Sarina Gomani, in 2020.
The royal family, deeply rooted in cultural traditions, views this as a blessing and a continuation of their legacy.
The news has been met with widespread celebrations within the Maseko Ngoni community and beyond, with many congratulating the royal family and wishing the newborn a life filled with health, prosperity, and blessings.
Plans for a traditional royal celebration to honor the birth of Princess Ululamile may follow, in line with Maseko Ngoni customs.
